This wellness tea made of mullein, oregano, horehound and peppermint is the perfect combo for when you need an extra boost.

Add 3 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of hot water (I prefer to use a coffee press). Steep for 10 minutes. Strain. If not using a coffee press use cheesecloth.

Drink every 4-6 hours.
