Ashwagandha is commonly used in ayurvedic medicine to promote peaceful sleep. Mixed with warm milk, cinnamon and a touch of honey is a delicious and nutritive drink especially useful for those who have trouble relaxing or falling asleep.

Directions: Add two teaspoons to 1 cup warm milk of choice. Add honey to taste. Drink slowly 1-2 hours before bed.
